Watch out for Lam.Nguyen @***.com , he'll attempt to scam you. I was interested in a pre-owned QX56 and he scammed me for over three days leading me to believe it was available and in paint and would be viewable for the weekend. The truth of the matter was the vehicle already had a deposit on it and he and the dealership or looking to create a price war between another customer and myself. In reality the vehicle had already been spoken for and a deposit left by another customer which they were not planning to honor. I've dealt with this dealership once before in purchasing another vehicle and right up to the end they attempted to scam me out of dollars. When I purchased my vehicle they are the first time they worked me for as little as $40 and made promises that they would perform repairs to a pre-owned vehicle I purchased which was all but forgotten once the vehicle was paid for and taken off their lot. Be careful this dealership is loaded with scammers.

I overuse of "scam"

Life is just a scam. They just want to sell a car by playing sales games.

That's not a scam. They all so that to varying degrees.

Infiniti Of Tampa - 2012 Infiniti Qx56 Review from Auburndale, Florida

My 2012 Infiniti qx 56 paint is peeling off and I talked to the service manager and he said that it's something to do with the environmental issue so the warranty won't cover it. I took the vehicle to some body shop to look at it and they told me that this happened because of the paint quality. This is not the first time this manager give me hard time. One time the front grill chrome paint was coming off and this guy said its water mark. My company send me to work in the USA from INDIA for few years and I didn't expect this from a dealership and I paid 70k for this vehicle to get good service also.

Automatic door locks

I am very dissatisfied with the situation regarding the automatic door locks on my Infinity FX35 and am hoping someone is willing to rectify this problem. I purchased the Infinity FX35 new with the expectation that it was a superior product, never thinking that at 42000 miles all the door locks would stop working simultaneously and require over $2700 to repair the problem. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I've done some research on line and have discovered many complaints regarding the acctuaters. My automatic car door opener stopped working while the switch that unlocks the doors still activates the locks. I believe this should fall under a recall. I have notified Infinity consumer affairs and they are not willing to do anything about it. I will never buy another infinity.

Resolved: Damaged my hood

I resolved this issue by dumping the 9 yr old coupe and buying a 2016 Honda. Ahhhh, now I can breathe and know I am safe in this car....The infiniti became more of a pain than I would've liked. Glad to be rid of it...

My 2006 Infiniti G35 quit on me on I 75 South. The dealer said it was the cooling fans which were on recall (unoffically) as the warranty was extended thru October.

They were replaced by infiniti but then I was told the thermostat was blown. So why do I have to pay for a thermostat when the cooling fans blew it??????? And why wasn't I notified of a recall? As a Senior Citizen I don't appreciate my vehicle failing in the passing lane on a busy highway & I am rethinking being a repeat customer because of this.

I lost 4 days that week dealing with a broken car that is well taken care of.

Anyone else out there having an issue with cooling fans??

P.S. my issues with AAA waiting so long to come rescue me are a whole other story...This should never have occurrred.

I contacted Corporate on this matter, since its an independent dealer they have no control over them even though they sell their product. I contacted Hillsborough consumer Action group, the service manager just lied thru this teeth about the history of my vehicle, I called him on it, no action.

No one seems to be able to help me. There is something wrong when they say it was hail damaged but absolutely no other dents anywhere else on the car except exactly just the hood, its all rippled and no longer smooth.

I still say his 3rd party painter switched my hood with another vehicle, only explanation for this... TV stations are next..

infiniti Dealer in Tampa damaged my hood while painting but dealer is claiming no responsibility saying it was hail damaged. problem is the hail was specific to my hood ONLY, the rest of the vehicle has no damage by hail and I was not and have not been near any hail. Contacted consumer protection and also Infiniti of No. America, no help because dealership is individually owned and apparently can do what it wants to do with your vehicle including using unauthorized 3rd party painters. Vehicle hood was painted 3x before they got it right. Need assistance with this problem.

I was with the company for 10 years, I recommended to my parents for 3 Internet, and cable tv services, my parents were tubieron that go for the reason that gained without notice, and gained called them to see that I gained, they I gained almost every month without warnings, when it was called for any reason not made casethey were carrying as dogs, and 10 years after I told him I was going to another company and they told me when we cancel the account and I told them now...
